I trailed the keto diet last week and although I am taking a 2 day break I really saw the benefits. This coconut butter purée was a great fix for my sweet tooth I am taming. I aimed for below 50 grams of carbs a day and lost 5 pounds during the 6 days I did it. I was very hydrared throughout the process but I have to assume a few pounds was water weight due to the decrease in my sodium intake. Couldn't have done it without my wife Ange. Great support and a great cook.

A lot of athletes have seen good results from working on a 1 rep max percentage based program. Although you may not perform the same every day a chart like this can give you a good estimate of how many reps you can perform based off the percentage of your one rep max.

Remember that not everyone is the same and you may be able to perform more or less reps than is recommended here. It can also vary based off of the movement you are performing. It is all a learning experience.
