At KMA Hicksville/Levittown we build long term students of the art, striving to create leaders, by working side by side with all students, of any age, to help them attain all they are capable of achieving. Shihan Joe is a fifth degree black belt in the White Tiger Kempo System. He trains under Grandmaster Rich Fescina and Professor Nick Bruno. Shihan Joe received his first through third degree under Grandmaster Rich Fescina and Professor Nick Bruno. He received his fourth degree black belt under Grandmaster Rick Kingi and Grandmaster Rich Fescina and received his fifth degree black belt under Grandmaster Rich Fescina and Professor Nick Bruno as well as the title of Shihan. Shihan Joe appears on the official Kajukenbo Family Tree under Grandmaster Rich Fescina. Shihan Joe is also the longest teaching chief instructor in the Kempo Martial Arts system, running the studio for over 24 years. Shihan Joe has trained military, law enforcement, and private security personnel. He has attended many seminars with some of the world’s leading Masters and Grandmasters including but not limited to Sijo Adriano Emperado, Grandmaster Dichi Emperado, Grandmaster Rick Kingi, Grandmaster Nick Cerio, Grandmaster Eric Lee, Grandmaster Harry Herrera, Grandmaster Emil Bautista, Professor Mitch Powell, Professor “Kimo” Ferreira , Si-Gung Kailani Koa, Michael DePasquale Sr., Michael DePasquale Jr. and Bill “Superfoot” Wallace . Shihan Joe is an official judge for NASKA / KRANE rated events. He is also a member of The Karate Association
