Hate to sound cliché but the saying never give up fits like a glove here. I had a 5 fish limit with one being just barely a keeper weighing probably less than a pound. I stopped on the way to the ramp with literally 2 minutes left in the tourney, I pitched my jig with a bass snacks brown pumpkin "pinch-it" on as a jig trailer to a stump. I thought I got hung up and then felt a slight tug. I set the hook and the rod bent over, reeled her in and she was 3.12! what a cull with only 2 minutes left. That cull bumped me up to a 3rd place finish with 14lbs. 5oz, which could have been a 12th place finish without that fish.
