Starting Tuesday, June 2nd, we’re adding a 10:30 AM CrossFit TEENS class!
This class is designed for teen boys and girls who want to build strength, power, speed, endurance, and confidence before fall sports begin.
Whether your athlete plays football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, track, cheer, or simply wants to be stronger and healthier, CrossFit Teens helps develop the foundation that every sport requires. Through functional strength training, conditioning, agility work, and bodyweight movements, athletes will improve coordination, balance, and overall athleticism. Just as importantly, they’ll learn how to move well, work hard, push through challenges, and build confidence that carries over into every area of life.
Summer is the perfect time to prepare for the upcoming sports season. Athletes who spend their off-season building strength and conditioning often enter practices with a higher level of fitness, better movement mechanics, and greater resilience. Our goal is to help teens become well-rounded athletes who are stronger, faster, more confident, and better prepared for whatever sport or activity they choose to pursue.

To reserve your teen’s spot, use the CrossFit Teens link on our homepage to get on the roster. Once your athlete attends their first class, we’ll send an invoice for the appropriate monthly membership or prorated amount.
