Hey guys! With the holidays coming up that means that kids are going to start having school activities, early outs, school programs, etc. Please keep in mind that I do have my kids in Sundown. I’m just one person so I try my best to stay involved with all my kids activities as well as run the gym.

Fabi Muñoz has been a huge help assisting classes as well. Thank you so much for that!!

With that being said, 9:00AM and possibly 5:30PM classes may get moved around at times. I will do my best to keep y’all updated on any changes and/or cancellations. 5:15am class should stay the same, there’s always that option if you can’t make it at the later times.
If you have any questions, concerns or comments please don’t hesitate to talk to me directly or send me a message!

I’ve also been open to offering more classes. If there’s a time that works better for you please lmk.
