We are excited to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter Ainsley, on Sunday 12 April 2026! We are settled in at home and already getting pictures with our horse friends, including Ainsley’s pony Cocoa and one with my horse Charm. I of course had to get a picture of her in my Antares saddle. 😅

🎉 We’ve had lots of inquiries about our 2026 Show Season! I’m so glad everyone is looking forward to attending our dressage schooling show series but this year we will be a bit preoccupied with a new little rider of our own in April!

This spring we will take things a little slower around here and move our show series to the fall/winter. We hope to announce those dates soon, so be on the lookout. We will still host clinics over the spring and summer! This is going to be a great year and we look forward to seeing everyone!

Lessons are canceled for this week Feb 2 to Feb 8. We are hoping to resume our normal schedule next week.

Thank you to all our boarders for being so patient and for all your help as we dig ourselves out of this icy snow mess. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing group here at BAF that helped us clear snow, helped with daily chores and helped
keep us sane! We have finally cleared a couple fields to get horses out on a rotation! We are hoping next week we will be able to access all of our fields.

Thank you again to everyone! We understand the ground hog saw his shadow but luckily he’s only 39% right so that leaves us with good odds for an early spring! Just keep crossing your fingers for that warmer weather and green grass!

This extreme winter weather is definitely testing us. I must say we are so fortunate and lucky to have some amazing boarders here who have come to help with battling this ice/snow nightmare. Thank you to our amazing BAF family for coming out to help clear snow, help with stalls and essentially try to dig us out! We literally couldn’t get through this without you!

Getting through the next week is still going to be tough but we are hoping we see some temps in the high 30s next week (as sad as it sounds to be happy about that).

Thank goodness February is a short month. Come on Spring! We are ready for you!

We are ready to see all the wonderful riders today for a fun Holiday dressage schooling show today! We will have a table setup with hot cocoa, hot apple cider and mini donuts for everyone as a sweet holiday treat. 🍩 ☕️

Don’t forget that all riders get one entry in to the Holiday Gift Basket affle just for entering our show! If you would like to purchase additional entries, just let us know at check-in.

Don’t forget to practice bio-security! There willl be no grazing allowed on the premises anywhere in or around the barn, buildings, or warm up arena. Please stay out of the barn and office. We will have check-in, numbers and ribbons available outside the office.
