You do NOT need experience to start.
Our members were all beginners at some point
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Book an Intro Session
2️⃣ Meet with Dan, resident Sensei
3️⃣ Learn the Fundamentals
4️⃣ Begin Following a Structured Program
5️⃣ Start Building Strength and Confidence
No experience required, no need to compete if it’s not your goal
No need to “get in shape first.”
Just show up and we’ll guide you through the process.
