Range Fee Adjustment

“As many of you know, the cost of targets, electricity, heat, and other utilities has continued to rise. To help cover these expenses and maintain our facilities, the club will be updating range fees for the first time in many years.

Beginning July 1, member range fees will be $5 per visit (previously $3), and non‑member fees will be $7 per visit (previously $5).

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.”

Massachusetts Sportsmen and Women — We Need Your Voice NOW!

Several important hunting initiatives proposed by Governor Maura Healey are gaining attention on Beacon Hill, and it is critical that hunters, conservationists, and outdoor enthusiasts contact their State Representatives and Senators in support of these common-sense changes.

The proposals include:

🏹 Allowing the use of crossbows during archery season without requiring a medical exemption.

🏹 Reducing the archery setback from occupied dwellings from 500 feet to 250 feet — bringing Massachusetts more in line with neighboring states while still maintaining safety.

🦌 Allowing Sunday hunting for small and big game in Massachusetts and expanding opportunities for working families, youth hunters, and sportsmen across the Commonwealth.

These changes are about preserving our outdoor heritage, improving wildlife management, increasing hunter participation, and supporting conservation funding for future generations.

Massachusetts hunters have always been leaders in conservation and responsible outdoor recreation. Now is the time to stand together and make sure our voices are heard.

Please take a few minutes to respectfully contact your local legislators and ask them to support these initiatives. A quick phone call, email, or letter can make a real difference.

Our traditions, our wildlife resources, and the future of hunting in Massachusetts depend on strong participation from the sporting community.
