Tennessee Elite Gymnastics Recreational and competitive gymnastics TEG is a place in which you will find more than just an extensive gymnastics training facility.

Modern equipment and first-class instructors make TEG a place where you can learn OR excel at gymnastics, have fun and meet new people... A place for recreation, competition AND fitness. With the guidance of our dedicated staff, each child will develop the necessary strength and skills to achieve his or her full potential and accomplish their own personal goals in the sport. Our staff is committed to providing a safe, fun, and challenging environment for every child to learn and to grow through the sport of gymnastics. Get Ready for the TEG's Annual Halloween Spooktacular! 🎃

Mark your calendars for October 30th and join us for a spine-tingling evening of fun!
Our gym will transform into a Halloween wonderland filled with spooktacular decorations, a costume contest with prizes, pizza, lots of treats, and maybe a few tricks!

$35 for non members, $30 for gym members, and $25 for team members.

TEG Tummy Time has moved days! Every Monday from 10am-12pm, join us for a special time dedicated to fun, bonding, and exploration for your baby. Enjoy adult conversation while your little one engages in stimulating activities in a safe and supportive environment.
