Last week we had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with the awesome kids at Lenoir City Christian Academy for a FUNctional Fitness class!

We had a blast teaching them that taking care of our bodies can be fun. Thank you for having us! We can’t wait to do it again!

What a weekend for Kingdom Fitness 🥇

After months of prep, discipline, and a whole lot of hard work, I was able to bring home 1st place in one class and 5th place in another at this weekend’s bodybuilding show.

Huge thank you to everyone from the gym who supported me throughout prep, checked in on me, came to the show, and cheered me on along the way. Having that kind of support system means more than you know.
