Tuesday: 50+ & Fabulous with Beth at 8:00 AM
Group Class with Alyssa at 4:30 and 5:30 PM

Wednesday: Group Class with Alyssa at 4:30 and 5:30 PM

Thursday: 50+ & Fabulous with Beth at 8:00 AM
Pilates with Frances at 9:30 AM
Group Class with Alyssa at 4:30 and 5:30 PM

If there is an interest in a group class on Friday and Saturday morning of this week, let me know and I will add them to the schedule.

Give me the times that you are interested in for Friday. Saturday if there is interest, I can do 8 and 9 AM.

Sunday Sum Up:

Some patching got started, the laundry/utility room got cleaned up a bit and put back together, the electrician is working after hours to get some items corrected, we got 1 set of pilates mats hung up, and started stocking the fridge.

I have water, several Celsius flavors, several Premier Protein shake flavors, and Liquid Death flavors. If there is something else that you world like to request, please let me know!

Just a quick reminder to make sure you are drinking enough water today! It might say 85°F on the thermostat, but with this humidity, it easily feels like 90°F out there.

It's recommended that women drink about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of water per day. Did you know that about 20% of your daily fluid intake usually comes from the foods you eat (like fruits and vegetables), while the remaining 80% comes from what you drink?

​Don't wait until you're already thirsty—grab your favorite water bottle, keep it filled, and take it easy in this heat.

We had a great 50+ & Fabulous workout this morning and some of us followed that up with Pilates with Frances at 9:30. I am going to be feeling that tomorrow! Maybe later today...

As a group, we decided that the 50+ & Fabulous Class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8. These will be recurring classes (almost) every week. I do have a week plus in July that I will be gone, but I may be able to find a trainer to cover or have the workouts recorded to walk the group through.

Pilates with Frances is also a recurring class Monday afternoons at 4:30 and 5:30 and Thursday mornings at 9:30 and 10:30. If we need to add another class at 6:30 on Mondays, we can do that as well. I do have some yoga mats to use, so if you don't have one, don't let that stop you from coming in and giving it a try.

Alyssa will be back in town next week and will be running classes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 4:30 and 5:30. Again, if needed, we can add a 6:30 to the schedule to accommodate more of you.

These are all currently single classes. Classes are $10 for the 50+ and $15 for the others. Sign up for one and give it a shot, you just might love it!

I'm currently listening to The Bookshop on the Shore for my neighborhood read and working my way through The Lost Bookshop from the pile on my nightstand. Out of these, I have also read: None Of This Is True, Be Your Own Bestie (I adore Misha Brown) and A Good Cry.

Do any of these sound like a good jumping off point?
