I just saw a “memory” from FB I posted 10 years ago. I was on the at New Movement in South Minneapolis, MN. So much has changed in ten years. We moved to Spring, Texas in June 2020 and then to Merriam, Kansas in July 2024. We bought our home in a year ago. Now, is in our basement level and is welcoming new students. I’m so much stronger than I was ten years ago. I’m stronger now because I’ve dedicated myself to moving my body every day.
You’ll never know if you like equipment or mat until you try it.

From children all the way up students who are over ninety.

Congratulations to
On 100 classes

I’ve met so many wonderful friends teaching here in Kansas.
Not surprising that many of them have hypermobility spectrum disorder.

Together, we support each other in and out of class.
Living with HSD is painful, stressful and exhausting.
Pilates, weight lifting and movement are all helpful in combating the ongoing slew of HSD symptoms.
