INTRO TO REFORMER CLASS

Please join me in this weekly class customized for students to learn Reformer Pilates and Pilates fundamentals from the very beginning.

You'll learn about efficient breathing, learn Pilates exercises, and focus on proper form and alignment.

Mishawn Davis, M.A., LPC-T, Pilates Apprentice
Mishawn began her Pilates journey after grad school and struggles with her mental health. Currently, she is enrolled in Club Pilates’ teacher training and will start classical Pilates teacher training with Pilates of Kansas City this fall. As a mental health therapist specializing in complex trauma, she is passionate about trauma’s impacts to a person’s well-being. Her expertise and passion fuel her instruction to align healing + trauma-informed movement to empower and heal her clients.
Mishawn believes movement is medicine and by pairing Pilates alongside other interventions, clients can transform their mental health into REGULATION.
Her goal is simple - to meet you exactly where you are, help you build strength, and maintain confidence through mindful, intentional movement.

Happy Father’s Day, Dad and 🥰

My dad, John, taught me my work ethic, introduced me to skiing, and shares his benefits so that I may travel the world.
He raised 5 children, has 9 grandchildren, some fur grand kids and mentored countless kids in the Santa Ynez Valley and most likely throughout the world.

My husband, Mitch, is the better half of Team Taraschi, LLC. He’s raised 2 kids and has taught and inspired hundreds of children via his teaching career.

Both are veterans, sharp, witty, intelligent and patient.

Both choose to join in the fun with our crazy family members!
I love that most about them.
