717 Athlete Spotlight - is the winner of our recent 8 Week Challenge! Cole is still very new to CrossFit but his work ethic speaks for itself. After a busy holiday season with UPS, the man is back and grinding harder than ever. Program some deadlifts, blast some Lil Baby and Cole will be one happy dude!

My favorite thing about 717 is definitely the community/family there! In just 7 months I’ve made some great friends and met so many new people! All of the people there are so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are so good about scaling movements if you’re unable to do something and not making you feel bad about it! I love my 717 community. Shoutout to the 6:30 crew - they’re the best!

Jumping our way into 2024! 🎉

We want to wish everyone a very happy New Year! As we head into the new year, we are beyond grateful for the 717 community. There were wonderful memories made in 2023. These memories were created around fitness and friendship. Tomorrow will be the first opportunity of the year to continue working towards bettering ourselves. We cannot wait to see the amazing things that happen here in 2024!

The goal of Clean Eatz is to give you the tools needed by preparing properly portioned sized meals with a balance of protein, carbs and fats. Their meals eliminate the guessing, temptation and lack of being prepared due to a busy lifestyle. Clean Eatz offers you the opportunity to have a personal chef prepare every meal for you at a cost you can afford.

4:00 PM-7:00 PM

You do not have to be a member at CrossFit 717 to pick up your meals here. We are beyond excited for this awesome new partnership!
