Brackets are coming together, schedules are being finalized, and we’re looking for a few more clubs to round out what is shaping up to be one of the strongest Midwest 7s weekends of the summer.

This weekend the Midwest’s top players will take the pitch representing their Local Area Unions and competing for selection to the prestigious Thunderbird program.

We’re proud to welcome players, coaches, referees, and rugby supporters from across the region to Lemont, Illinois.

Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, come be part of one of the Midwest’s premier rugby events.

What a weekend.

Thank you to every club, player, supporter, volunteer, official, photographer, film crew member, vendor, and fan who helped make Nationals an incredible success. The amount of positive feedback, messages, and appreciation we’ve received over the last few days has been overwhelming.

To USA Rugby, the referees, event staff, media teams, and every organization that traveled,thank you for being part of an unforgettable weekend of rugby.

A special thank you goes out to everyone behind the scenes who worked countless hours to make this event happen. From setup to operations to hospitality and everything in between, this weekend does not happen without the people willing to put in the work before anyone ever sees the final product.

The recognition and appreciation coming from clubs across the country speaks volumes about what was built together this weekend.

Thank you all for helping showcase what this community is capable of.  On a side note: “Kieran hoped everyone had fun”
