🍂 It’s officially fall festival season! 🎃
We rounded up fall festivals and Oktoberfests happening throughout the western and northwest suburbs and there are some great ones coming up!

A few of the festivals we’re especially excited about:
📚Printers Row Lit Fest: September 12–13
The Midwest’s largest free outdoor literary festival brings authors, booksellers, storytelling, interactive activities and plenty of family-friendly programming to Chicago’s Printers Row.
🎡 St. Cletus Fall Fest: September 10–13
A four-day La Grange tradition featuring food, live music and a carnival, perfect for a family night out or a full weekend of fun.
🎨 Downtown Downers Grove Fine Arts Festival: September 12–13
Stroll Main Street, check out work from juried artists, listen to live music, shop local and let the kids get creative with a free art activity. Admission is free!
🍁 Western Springs Harvest Fest: September 19
Head to Spring Rock Park for live music, carnival rides and games, food vendors, kids’ activities, a family 3K and fireworks to finish the night.
🍎 Oaktoberfest: September 25–26
Downtown Oak Park celebrates fall with music, food and craft beer, plus a Kids Root Beer Garden featuring zucchini races, root beer floats, a balloon artist and an obstacle course.
🎃 The Forge Enchanted Adventure: September 25–November 1
Thousands of glowing, artisan-designed pumpkins light up the quarry after dark! Wander through three themed worlds filled with larger-than-life displays, food, drinks and family-friendly fun.
