A little behind-the-scenes look at our latest umpire clinic, led by our awesome Umpire in Chief, Ricky! 👏

At Rolando, we work hard to make sure our umpires feel confident, supported, and ready to step onto the field. One of the things we’re most proud of is that our umpire crew is 100% volunteer — parents and community members giving their time to help our kids play ball. ❤️⚾️

Thinking about giving umpiring a try but feeling a little nervous? That’s exactly what clinics like this are for! You don’t have to know every rule. You don’t have to be an expert. We’ll teach you, support you, and make sure you’re never out there alone.

📣 Ricky De La Fuente, our own RLL Umpire In Chief (UIC) is representing District 33 as support staff in San Bernardino for the Girls Softball State Tournament. Yes, STATE! WOW! 📣

⚾️ in August Ricky will be back at the state level to be support staff for little league in San Bernardino baseball ⚾️

⚾️ you can find him also behind the plate at the District 11u tournament at Mira Mesa soon for little league too ⚾️
