Plus it’s fast, physical, and a lot of fun. You’ll see real quick 😄

👕 Athletic attire like T-Shirts and Shorts
💧 Bring your OWN water Bottle
🥍 If you have lacrosse gear bring it! If not no sweat we can lend you a stick for the day!

✔ You must have a DragonFly Max account with your physical completed and uploaded.
✔ Students who missed more than 13 days during the Fall 2025 semester are ineligible.
✔ You must be passing 5 out of 6 classes, including all 4 core classes from the 3rd nine weeks.
