When Hurricane leads all 3 Riverside workouts in one week, you already know your body is turning to absolute jelly!

We walked in today already sore, foolishly thinking it might be a lighter day. Big mistake. It turned into a complete sweat fest and an absolute full-body beatdown! 🥵

We kicked things off with a round of Four Corners to get warmed up. Then, red lined our heart rates with the infamous Ladies Songs workout. 🎶💪

Who knew that Roxanne, Sally, Caroline, Gloria, Maggie May, Cecilia, Angie, Jolene, and Peggy Sue could be so harsh!?

Shoutout to Grit, Scorpion, and Hurricane who showed up and survived the storm today. Rest up, hydrate, and let the recovery begin!
