But here’s the thing — even healthy foods can have timing and portion nuances. For those keeping an eye on blood sugar (which, let’s be honest, is nearly all of us these days), fruit is best treated as a dessert, not a meal — and definitely not breakfast. 🍇

These days I am so grateful for this body.
Feeling so grateful for all the hours I put into training 🏋️‍♀️—lifting, stretching, and mobility work—it really pays off when I switch things up and play other sports like golf ⛳️✨

Golf might look easy, but it takes serious torso and shoulder mobility, plus coordination and control 🌀💥 All that gym and movement work makes every swing feel smoother and more powerful!
