Fire Within: Fitness Studio Fire Within Fitness Studio offers multilevel spinning, strength, core classes and yoga. These workouts are 50-55 mintues with cool down and stretching time.

Owner/instructor Teresa Wachholder is a Madd Dog certified spinning instructor along with CPR and AED certified. Teresa, Tara, Katie & Suzanne will push each one of you to your personal best and help you reach your own goals. This high level workout is done through postive motivation and a caring spirit. Saturday’s class, 9-10 riders had choices.

1. Ride the first 22-24 minutes easy
Then perform Vo2 max training.

2. Ride first part accomplishing different jobs, some hard work others easy, then perform Vo2 max training.

4 riders had watches on, I think you can see which were option 1 & option 2.

As an instructor it was amazing to watch, be a part of. As a collective the energy and drive to do what was being asked of them was on point. The intensity showed up in their faces, their bodies & their attitude was “ALL IN” The second round i said “I see fear”, you could sense it in the room, the one rider admitted that she felt exactly that, fearful.

Not many are used to pushing their bodies in such a way that they are not sure they will make it through 4 minutes. It’s intense, you give to much to soon you blow up, to little 🔥 you are not performing Vo2 max training.
