For the third time, maybe four, the cairns that we’ve been adding on to for the past 12 years have been vandalized.
The cairns are an ancient form for marking the way for travelers. They go back to Roman times. The intent is to use them to educate. My son started building them 3 days before he passed on.
The damage done took a little time and a good bit of energy.
We will pray for the individuals involved and hope they get the help they need to overcome the illness that motivates such acts, and rebuild!
The maintenance and improvement event to remember Adam is on July 11th this year. Hope to see you there .
