Cathedral Rock Gym will most likely NOT be reopening ! Thank You Gov. Wolf & Dr. Levine. We will also be adding to the Economic Development of Carbon County JUST like: The Train in Jim Thorpe, and The Mahoning Valley Cinema. AND ...I will be taking the necessary steps to remove my property from the Tax Base ... in hopes that helps the School Board. BTW we are in this together - So Remember to support the Carbon County Economic Development Council ( Carbon County Chamber of Commerce) and purchase a Tee-shirt.) I will NOT take a " Loan" to keep the business alive ...Been loan free for 25 years.

Cathedral Rock Gym has changed hours effective 2-27-2020.
We will be closed Thursdays evenings. CRG will open MON, TUE, WED, & THURS for groups and by reservation only. Please follow us as we will be changing / expanding hours come the spring & summer.

Provide dedicated Belayers ( staff to work the safety rope) for your climbers/ children.

Cathedral Rock Gym is a family oriented rock climbing gym that believes interaction between you and your climbers is an important part of the Fun and Climbing Adventure.

Cathedral Rock Gym Staff

Does Provides FREE belay instruction – UNLIKE other Gyms
Does Not require YOU to Rent a Harness to belay - UNLIKE other Gyms
Does Provide FREE instruction & coaching – UNLIKE other Gyms
Does “ASSIST” with belaying as A Customer Service for FREE –UNLIKE other Gyms

In the invent you hold the desire to NOT interact and belay your climber(s)/children, You are required to pay 16.00 / Hr, (for your calculated time of stay) per CRG belayer WHEN YOU 1st CHECK IN and before any climbing.

Note: This Fee / Hourly rate is in ADDITION to the price of the Climbing admission and any additional rental equipment.
