I am a wife and a mother to a gorgeous and energetic seven year old daughter; have a full time office job during the week; then LOVE teaching my Zumba Fitness® classes after work! It has b

een my favorite fitness exercise since. So, I went to instructor training led by Beto, the creator of Zumba Fitness®, and came back to South West Florida so PUMPED ON ZUMBA®! I can't wait to share my excitement with you! Let me show you the best, funnest workout around! It's a GREAT way to break down walls and see others on a completely different level! Can't Dance - No Rhythm - No Problem! With Zumba's easy steps & the fun energizing Latin & International music, even I can do it! So I know YOU can also! So come and Join our Party! You'll be glad you did! ABOUT MY ZUMBA FITNESS® CLASSES:
I teach Zumba Fitness® Classes in Lehigh Acres at the Veterans Park Recreation Center. The regular Zumba Fitness® class and 3 specialty Zumba® classes: Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Toning and Zumba® Step. Please contact me if you have never been to a Zumba® class before, so I can see what class would be best for you to start. [email protected]

Treat yourself right. Exercise of some sort is vital to your well-being, physically and emotionally. If you have not yet, make the commitment to do one thing to improve your health. Maybe you need to find what your niche is? What is it you enjoy doing that does not feel like work or a chore? Come try dancing... iZUMBA is a great option and many are loving it!
