Coach Tip: If you are lifting pretty vigorously at least 4 days a week or more, try taking EAAs to help with your recovery. I favor EAAs over BCAAs because it contains all 9 amino acids rather than just the 3. Sometimes our bodies need a little help speeding up the recovery process๐ช๐ฝI mix mine in with my collagen in the morning to kill two birds with one stone.
