Hey! I’m Kaitlyn I am 23 and a lover of Pilates instructing and also working front desk! I enjoy seeing all our members walk out with the biggest smiles and happy energy after a much needed Pilates sesh!

I am an avid reader anything fantasy, dystopian, murder mystery I am hooked.

I also love to travel and meet as many people as I possibly can! I believe Japan is the greatest place on earth. Good excuse to go just for the food🍡🍣
