🔥 Hamstring🔥

Your hamstrings do so much more than people realize—they support your hips, protect your knees, and drive nearly every powerful lower-body movement. Today we’re hitting them with two essentials: Hamstring Sliders ➜ RDLs.

1️⃣ Hamstring Sliders
These are all about control, stability, and eccentric strength.

Why they matter:

• Strengthen the hamstrings in their lengthened position, which is key for injury prevention

• Improve posterior chain stability

• Build hamstring resilience for running, jumping, and heavy lifting

• Challenge your core and hips at the same time
