Abs/Booty Blast: Fun and challenging. Designed to strengthen the core muscles combined with an ab and glute focused workout. Assists with shaping and sculpting.
20/20: Challenging 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of sculpting. Step: Combines cardio utilizing an aerobics step with weight train
ing to strengthen the entire body. HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. A cardiovascular exercise strategy of anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. RIPPED: Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, Endurance. Designed to help everyone meet their ultimate fitness goals. Boot Camp: Full body workout. Zumba: Combines Latin and International music with dance moves. Sculpt: Aiming to hit all major muscle groups in one single session. YogaFit: Hatha style yoga, meaning hot and cold balance. Intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures in a heat building and flowing sequence leading to relaxing stretches. PoundFit: Combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Colorful, light-weight (1/4-lb) drumsticks called ripstix add an element of fun to Pound classes while they help exercisers count out the length of time they hold certain positions.
