Weekend Racing Update

Chase and I had a decent draw for the heat putting chase in 2nd and me on the pole. Chase ended up running a little wide hit the wall and came off early thinking he bent something placing him 5th for the feature. I gave up 1 postion then ended up catching a tire bending the front steering arm into the tire, went to the rear and finished 3rd fighting the car the whole way, but not before the chain came off coming to the checkerd. Chase started 5th in the feature and raced up to third place great finish for the kid. I started 3rd and made a stupid mistake replacing the wrong front spindle in making the car handle terrible fighting the car for the second session of the evening i drove up to 2nd for the feature. Not terrible finishes by any means but I would rather chase 2 cars all race night. I am glad this night is past us looking forward to next week already.

Weekend Racing wrap-up

We had another awesome night of racing at Shellhammer's Speedway. The car counts have been up in the mini mod class which is fantastic for the series. I want to take a min to thank all the teams for there continued support at Shelly's. Chase Dise as some of you probably seen his post is getting better every week with the changes we are making and his continued seat time. He place 5th in the heat from 7th. Starting him 5th for the feature and climbing one position to finish 5th in the feature I will be chasing the ol "Stroker Ace" in no time. Great job Chase. I started outside front row and finished 1st in the heat. Placing me on the pole for the feature. Starting on the front row.for the feature and bringing home the win for the DiseMotorports team. Thanks to Al and Bobbi Marie for the photos and videos and all of there help. Sorry to all for not posting the group photo it would be missing Bobbi.

It's looking like a fantastic weekend to go racing. For anyone looking for something to get into Saturday afternoon/evening Chase Dise and I will running the minis at Shellhammmers Included special racing event for the evening is the Dave Cordier Sr. 57 lapper along with the regular schedule of racing. Weekend racing wrap-up. well rain only took 50% of the racing from me this weekend i was able to squeeze in the Friday night Show in at Snydersville Raceway. The evening started off with engine troubles in the qualifying session which placed us in the back 7th starting spot for the feature race (Cone race 30 lapper) starting 7th we quickly drove up to 3rd position then after the first caution a few driver choose the outside on the cone and placed them outside 1st and 2nd rows. back to 5th we went dove back to 4th and finished the feature there i was determined for a top 3 but 4th is nice at a new track and i got some good data for the next trip there. It was nice to visit a new facility and was great to meet some of the other drivers in the Mini Mod series. special thanks to Joey and Al for the help & Al for the video

Hopefully the weather plays nice with us this weekend. Weather pending I am planning on pulling a double header making 1.5 hour ride to run Snyderville Raceway for tonight's 30 Lapper chase has to work tonight and will not be running however Chase Dise will be back in the 27 Mini Mod along with me tomorrow at Shellhammers. Fingers crossed the weather dosent ruin the first half of our holiday weekend

Better late then never. Here goes the Dise motorsports weekend racing wrap-up. beautiful night of racing. Chase started on the pole in the heat and finished 3rd placing him 3rd for the Feature. Still working on getting him comfortable in the car he drove his best race gave up one spot and finished 4th in the feature. I started 3rd in the heat race and finished 1st placing on the pole for the feature and finishing 1st for the evenings main event. Thanks again to Al and Bobbi for coming out and Morgan and Mackenzie Dise for helping keep track of the racing order for us. Chase Dise Morgan Dise and I also got to entertain my nephew Kolton and he friend Evan they were able to come hang in the pits with us and interested in being full hands on with Chase showing them the between race car preparations. We loved having them there with us and hope they can make it out again this season. Great job to all the competitors this week. Get em ready guys next week will be here before we know it
