Last night TF RACING was at Bridgeport! 🏁 We don’t really like the bigger tracks. Pretty much, after the first lap, you finish where you are unless someones car breaks or spins out. There are literally seconds between each car!
Only 6 cars showed up, and Tyler started 3rd in his feature and finished 2nd! 🏆 That’s an awesome finish for us!
Of course, just as Tyler crossed the finish line, his car shut off and started smoking. 🤦‍♀️ Typical TF RACING luck! 😂 Now we’re waiting to see what all is wrong with it.
Either way, we’ll take that 2nd-place finish!

It ended up being a good night at the track!
For the heat race, Tyler drew a 99 out of 100 🤣. He started 9th and drove his way up to finish 5th. The track was rough with a lot of ruts, making for some challenging racing.
In the feature, he started 10th in a field of 19 cars and brought it home in 6th. Once again, he had one of the fastest cars on the track, but passing was tough.
We'll definitely take this as a win! Best of all, we loaded the car in the trailer with no damage for the first time in a while. Now it's time to get it cleaned up and ready to do it all again this weekend.
Awesome job, Tyler and the entire TF RACING crew! 🏁💪

This one is hard.
Our family has known George for years. Four years ago, Tyler decided to buy a 600 Modified, even though he knew very little about the car and had never raced a day in his life.
We ran into George at one of Tyler's first races. After Tyler's heat race, George started giving me advice. I finally told him, "I know nothing and have no clue what you're talking about." He just smiled, walked over to Tyler, and started talking to him. From that day on, he became part of our pit crew.
George taught Tyler—and all of us—so much about the car and about racing. He instantly became part of our family.
Now, don't get me wrong... he could be a miserable ass 😂, and in his mind, his way was the only way. But we wouldn't be where we are today without him.
He was like another grandfather to Tyler and Makayla. He always made time to check on all of us, especially those two. No matter what he was going through , every Friday he would call for a play-by-play of the race and to see how my kids were doing.
George, thank you for loving our family, for always being there, and for believing in and supporting Tyler. Your friendship, guidance, and love meant more than words can say.
We love you, and we will miss you more than you'll ever know.

We decided to leave vacation early to make it to the race at Linda's speedway. Tyler went out for warm-ups and something didn't feel right. They made adjustments and went out for his heat. He was in the first heat and started in the back. His car was fast and was moving up. While driving, Tyler's chain broke and he felt something burning his legs. He got out of the car and it was shooting fuel at him. So during the heat, his fuel injector broke, and his chain, putting him in the back for the feature. With lots of hard work from the crew, they got everything fixed just in time for the feature. Tyler's car performed well in the feature, another chain failure ultimately ended his night.

No plans tonight? Join TFRACING at Linda's speedway. Come out and cheer on our favorite driver, Tyler Fronina. They will also be having autograph night, so you and the kids can go on the track, meet the drivers, and see their cars up close. If you can't make it out tonight, stop at the Leesport playground and watch some softball, buy raffle tickets, and food to help raise money for the Conner Kleffels memorial softball tournament.
