We got it done! Ascend Hoops are crowned 2022 Fairfax Stars Rising 7th Grade Summer League Champs! What a great season, ending with a hard fought win against the undefeated crosstown rival East Coast Hoopers. So proud of this group and what they were able to accomplish. Missed my sidekick Coach Wikel and PG Brady but we brought home the hardware for them.

Another successful weekend for Ascend Hoops 12U. Didn't come home with the 🏆, but we grew as a team. Lost by 1 point in overtime of the Championship against the team that beat us by 16 points the day before. These boys played their hearts out and very easily could have been on the winning side. Proud of this squad and what they are doing so far this season.

Ascend 12U got it done this past weekend. Proud of what they were able to accomplish this early into the season.

PREP & LTB Training back in action after a few weeks off..so pumped to have my baby girl participating in one of group sessions, she held her own with the boys (older boys at that). Looking forward to a great Fall with over 100 kids throughout the different age groups.
