- 40 minutes: TrueForm Run (nasal breathing)
- 3:30 minutes: Bring Sally Up w/ 45lb barbell consisting of split jerk & squat clean.
- 3:30 minutes: Bring Sally Up w/ 95lbs consisting of split jerk and squat clean.
