Dynamic Kick Martial Arts Center has provided Martial Arts instruction in the Northern Virginia area for well over a decade. We provide students with the best possible martial arts training while surrounding them with fun, positive learning environment. Throughout time Taekwondo has gained a reputation for proven benefits: improved physical fitness and conditioning, better focus and concentration,

improved coordination, increased self-confidence and the development of valuable self-confidence and the development of valuable self-defense skills. We have developed many innovative programs so that all of our students can enjoy the rewards of Taekwondo training... regardless of age or initial ability. At Dynamic Kick Lansdowne, we make afternoons something kids can look forward to!

Our After School Program combines martial arts, homework time, games, activities, and plenty of opportunities to stay active and have fun with friends. It’s a great way for kids to build confidence, develop good habits, and enjoy their time after school.

And we don’t stop when the school day ends. Our program also offers care for:

As we celebrate this season of gratitude, our hearts are filled with appreciation for our amazing Dynamic Kick Lansdowne students and families. Each of you brings something special to our dojang—your effort, your spirit, and your trust in us to guide your martial arts journey.

This year, we’ve watched our students challenge themselves, support one another, and grow in focus and confidence. And behind every student is a family cheering them on—thank you for being such an important part of our community.
