Our lineage runs through Grandmaster Helio Gracie and his son, Master Relson Gracie. That means self-defense comes first: protecting yourself, standing up to bullies, and protecting your family. 👊

I never imagined that an Americana from the back was possible. 🤔
However, Professor Toney Waldecker, whose creativity to create submissions is unmatched, shows us how it can be done. 😎
He wanted me to warn everyone to be careful not to hurt your partner when you do the transition to the mount. 🤙

Yesterday, we had an incredible fundraiser seminar with three Relson Gracie Black Belts: Toney Waldecker, Dan Wallen, and Jim Thrift. It was a great day of learning, training, sharing techniques, and having a lot of fun together! 🔥

And to top it off, we had a Gi raffle among the participants! 🎟️🥋

This seminar was held to support Todd Tanaka, a Relson Gracie Black Belt in Hawaii who is currently battling cancer. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, participated, and contributed to this important cause. Your support, generosity, and positive energy mean so much.

Next Wednesday, October 7th Mastery Jiu-Jitsu is hosting a special seminar with 3 Relson Gracie black belts: Toney Waldecker, Dan Wallen and Jim Thrift.🤙
This is a fundraiser event to help our friend Todd Tanaka on his battle against cancer. To participate we ask you to make a donation towards this noble cause. 🤜🤛
