School will be back in session soon - and with it, the challenges of bullying.🤔
Not knowing how to handle this type of situations can sink a kid’s confidence for a long time.👎

For this reason, Mastery Jiu-Jitsu is hosting a Free Bully Defense Class for kids with no previous experience.🥳

In this special event the participants will learn simple and effective self-defense skills, understand how to stand up for themselves against bullies and boost their self confidence.

Breathing under pressure, the fundamentals of base and connection while standing and finding comfort in darkness when you’re caught on the bottom of side mount.🤙

Simple ideas, but the ones that make your foundation rock solid. Everything else you build after that comes with efficiency.👊
