There are many tournaments we can and have played in, but none of them are as impactful and as meaningful as Kyle’s Kamp. Kyle’s Kamp partners with Children’s National Hospital to raise money for pediatric cancer. This week, in preparation for the tournament, in addition to pitching, hitting and fielding...each of our players and coaches were assigned a Kyle’s Kamp Ambassador. They had to learn about their kid, their diagnosis and some things the amabasssdors enjoy doing. This allowed for a moment of reflection about what each of us should be thankful for, the struggles others may be going through and that there are things truly BIGGER THAN BASEBALL! Enjoy this video that explains how the 10U Aldie Senators will be representing not only those ambassadors this weekend but also the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice so we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. The Aldie Senators are playing in a great local tournament this weekend called Kyle’s Kamp. Kyle's Kamp raises money to support pediatric cancer research at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC.
