R U N N I N G is great.

Trail Running, being one with nature during all four seasons, is euphoria - completely and undeniably.
In 9 Years of Running, nothing compares to the complete sensation of runners high when you come to appreciate just how spectacular the Earth is.
Running in complete silence with just the sounds of running streams, the wind between the trees, the ice under your feet, and the rain against your cheek becomes pure bliss.
I have .adler to thank for empowering me to live these incredible moments no matter the circumstances. Thank you.
Running is not easy, it takes time to get used to feeling okay being uncomfortable psychologically, physically, and emotionally.

Commit to what brings you joy and peace- you will find stillness, groundedness, and tranquility once you arrive. I found mine and you will find yours.

Feeling grateful for the Zen I receive during every practice.
I wouldn't be able to R U N without the balance that provides during every class.
Strengthening is a process that takes dedication, patience, and discipline everyday.
You know it's good when I start doubling sessions daily.
Grateful to this community and to all the teachers & staff at this practice that make every moment feel so motivating, empowering, and at peace.
