Having fun and working hard! 🏀🔥

Spotlighting Reed Thompson! A junior at Potomac Falls, Reed has been training at Evolution alongside her brother for years. Her high energy, effort, and positive attitude make her a standout player every time she steps on the court.

We had to finish the session with a few “dunks” 😂💪

Player Spotlight: Natalie Siegmann 🏀

Our trainer Nadav has been working with Natalie since last year and has seen firsthand her relentless work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude.

Her commitment to learning, competing, and getting better every time she steps on the court is what sets her apart. We’re excited to see Natalie continue to grow and make an impact this season!

Keep putting in the work, Natalie. 💪

Speed under pressure. 🏀⚡️

This drill allows players to compete against each other while working on improving ball speed and quickness. The added pressure pushes players out of their comfort zone and challenges them to go faster.

First one to the cone wins. 👀
