Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment. I’ll bring whatever is necessary to give you a good workout. I use dumbbells,stability balls, stretch cords, and other portable gear. Along with body-weight and manual resistance techniques, we can get the job done without requiring you to make a major equipment purchase. I provide the help you need to learn to get more from your workouts. I will teach you

how to use the equipment in your home as well as the equipment that I bring to your home to work out. I will teach you correct technique, proper form, and how to breathe during your workouts. I am a Certified Fitness trainer through ISSA. ISSA certifications are recognized world wide, ISSA was the first organization to offer personal training certification and create specialized courses for fitness professionals.
