Build one for your life instead.
Summer is fast approaching, and with it that familiar pressure to “fix” your body before the weather warms up.
The ads, the deadlines, the “summer bod prep” noise… It’s a whole lot of noise.
Detoxes. Restrictions. “Shreds.” Harsh diets.
All built on the idea that your body is a problem to solve on a 6-week timer.
But your body isn’t built for trends.
It’s built for life.
It’s your lifelong partner, not a project. It deserves habits that support you year-round, not just for a season or a number on the scale.
So this summer, instead of prepping for a version of you that only exists on a beach in July, we want you to use that spark of motivation to build something that lasts.
