Just a reminder that we will have another open cross-country practice if you would like to try it out tomorrow, Thursday at 5:15. We will meet at the Saint Mary's Medical Center path. If you enter on R D Mize Road you can park up on the left and go straight to the trail. Please remember to wear your mask, your child will also need a mask except while they are actively running and their own water bottle. Thanks!

We will have an open cross country practice tomorrow at 6PM for anyone who is interested in trying it out. If you have a child in third through eighth grades who would like to get some exercise in a fun, laid back environment, please join us. Please let me know if you would like to come. Thanks!

Although the parochial league just announced that football and volleyball for 3rd and 4th graders has been cancelled, Cross Country is still progressing as "normal". Sign ups are still available at www.plkc.com See you soon runners!
