Fun little video for y’all. Our fellow trainer Mason put out a trainers challenge on the chalk board this month. 500 meters on the ski machine and .6 miles on the echo bike in 10 minutes as many rounds as possible. His record is 4 rounds in 10 minutes. I told people I would attempt this and here are the receipts 😂. Don’t neglect your cardio and always pace yourself. How many rounds can you do?
