Huge thank you to our hard working volunteers on their successful efforts to bring closure to the family.
After multiple days of searching, divers were able to bring closure to the family today of the missing individual. Through the extensive use of side scan sonar, an Underwater ROV, the Search Dogs, Ground Searchers, Cadaver Dogs, and drones, the location was identified.
The Teams dealt with frigid air temps, Ice, absolutely no visibility, current, 32 degree water temp, and the stress of the recovery, to battle through to resolution.
Agencies participating today included:

- Murrysville Medic One Dive Team
- Blairsville Volunteer Fire Department
- Ford City EMS
- Armstrong County Coroner
- Manor Township Police Department
We greatly appreciate the excellent work performed by all of the participating agencies. It was tremendous cooperation that brought closure. THANK YOU.
