New policies. Effective June 1st
The cancellation policy will now be 12 hours. When everyone cancels last minute it doesn’t make sense for me to have class for 1 person. This isn’t to punish anyone, it is to encourage less last minute changes to the schedule. It sometimes messes with other people’s schedules when this happens, including mine.
Packages expire every 90 days. This isn’t to punish anyone, but I can’t afford to do things the way I’ve been doing them. So if you purchase a 10 pack you have to use 1 of your classes every 9 days. Most of you do that anyways.
This summer I’ve been thinking about offering weekly unlimited passes. I’ll post the schedule so you know what you’re getting into a week ahead of time. I thought this would be nice for the teachers & college students that are customers, but obviously they are for everyone. There will be a lot of afternoon classes this summer as well. So these will be well worth it. I’m thinking $35 unlimited for the week. This is a steal if you plan on taking multiple classes a week. These expire weekly, just to be clear. It’s just something I’m thinking about doing during the summer months.
