Here’s a quick and effective arm workout you can do at Snap!

Arm Day Workout:
Barbell Bicep Curls – 4 sets x 10 reps
Tricep Dips (Bench or Bars) – 3 sets x 12 reps
Hammer Curls (Dumbbells) – 3 sets x 10 reps each arm
Overhead Tricep Extensions (Dumbbell or EZ Bar) – 3 sets x 12 reps
Cable Rope Pushdowns – 4 sets x 15 reps
Finish with a burnout set: 21s (7 top, 7 bottom, 7 full curls)

TIP: Rest 30–60 seconds between sets and focus on form over weight.

What a typical week looks like for us while living a consistent, healthy lifestyle.

1. Getting our gym workouts in. 3 times a week is normal for us.
2. Meal prepping our lunch and dinner. Chicken, broccoli, rice is our staple and we like to mix up our sauces to go with it.
3. Drinking matcha instead of coffee. We are still unsure, but giving it a go.
4. Sleeping 7-9 hours a night. Sleep is the most underrated wellness necessity.
5. Staying active in other ways. Swimming in a lake, walking a trail, cleaning the house, etc.
6. The 80/20 keeps you consistent. So, we enjoyed a yummy donut.
