Due to TROPICAL STORM ELSA we will now push classes back one week to start on July 13. We will still have the entire 4 week course now ending on Tuesday Aug 3.

L.C’s Backflip Academy is back!
We will have a 4-week session from July 6-July 27.
Tuesday’s from 7:30 - 8:30
COST: $60 per student

Come learn how to do a back tuck and a back handspring from a former Penn State cheerleader!

We will get you in the trampoline, hooked up into an overhead spotting rig, and even doing tumbling passes across our gymnastics floor. Spotting belts on all apparatuses will be used to ensure maximum safety. Classes will also include flexibility training, and core/ab conditioning.

Small class size limited to the first 8 students and no more.
