We pretty much laugh, sweat, make weird noises, dance, laugh, build muscle, get our cardio in, and laugh some more at Flyte District. Our hiphop cardio class is a favorite and it doesn’t ever disappoint. Sometimes we just embrace looking silly learning new moves.

The dolphin is a favorite move for most people. Once it clicks, you just don’t want to stop doing them. Other than the dolphins and tucks, it’s a pretty fun one for level 3 beginners. And I actually love the song…it’s a catchy little tune!

If you have been saying you want to try bungee, book your class and get down to the studio! You won’t regret it.
