Tomorrow is the last day for classes this week!

✨First week in the books and it’s been amazing. I can’t explain how cool it’s been to see how much everyone loves bungee!

Bungee Flyte Level 2 is fully booked tomorrow, but I still have 7 spots available in the Intro - Bungee Flyte Level 1 class at 10:45AM.

Come TAKE FLYTE with me and get comfortable in your harness.🦋

There are no classes this Saturday because of my daughter’s graduation this weekend, but I will have classes Monday through Saturday starting next week.

STEPS TO BOOK YOUR CLASS
1.) You will choose your Bungee Flyte Drop-In or Class Pack option.

2.) Enter your info and pay.

3.) Download the Push Press Members App and login.

4.) Book/Schedule your Intro - Bungee Flyte Level 1 Class.

**Everyone is REQUIRED to take an Intro before moving up to Bungee Flyte Ignite(Bootcamp) or Level 2.**

What an incredible day. So many laughs, so much sweat, and so much fun!

Watching each of you take your very first Bungee Flyte class was such a rewarding experience. I truly feel like I hit the jackpot with every single person who walked through those doors today. The encouragement, positive feedback, and excitement you shared meant more to me than you know. Hearing that so many of you are already planning to come back and have additional classes booked speaks volumes—and fills my heart with gratitude.

Today was one of those moments that reminded me I am exactly where I’m meant to be. ❤️

Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and grace as I fine-tuned my processes, from harness fittings to ensuring every participant feels comfortable, confident, and safe. Your understanding and support made all the difference.

Most of all, thank you for the laughter, the energy, and for helping make this a day I will never forget.

Today is opening day!🥳
Remember to bring your water bottle, wear a regular length t-shirt, close toed sneakers, and biker shorts/leggings/sweats or any comfy pants you want to workout in. I will be getting my process down this week so please be patient with me(I know you will, I just like to be transparent that I will be learning as I go).

I am beyond grateful for all of you who signed up to support this first initial week. We are going to have so much fun and I’m so excited (and nervous if I’m being real). Owning a fitness studio is new to me and I have a little imposter syndrome going on. After this week it will be a breeze. I am used to teaching fitness classes but it’s much different when you own the business you are teaching at and when you start teaching a new class type. I promise to be gracious and kind and support you along the way!

I have planned classes for 1 hour and 15 minutes with a 15 minute gap in between. If it takes us longer than 15 minutes we can go over class time a little bit. All classes must be reserved ahead of time and you can reserve up to an hour before class time starts. There is some availability sprinkled throughout this week still if interested. If you go to our website to the schedule tab, you can click on each class time and see what’s available before purchasing any plan type.

Just to note:
I will be at the studio each morning by 7:20AM give or take a few minutes. I will head over to drop my son at school at 7:15AM (I’ve timed it and it takes 3 minutes on a good day) and will head right over. I am only able to drop him off so early. You do not need to show up super early to classes. Just show up at your class time. 😊

One of the biggest misconceptions about bungee fitness is that it's only for women. Not true!

Bungee fitness is for EVERYONE—men included. It builds strength, improves endurance, challenges your balance and coordination, and gives you a workout unlike anything else.

This morning we practiced an intro class with our besties, and let me tell you... we laughed, we worked, we had FUN, and we were all sweating by the time we were done.😆🔥

I had my first class experience in my new space! I had a few of the women who came to my class previously join me for a practice round. It felt so good and I have been missing them the last couple of weeks.

Dance2Fit is a high-energy hip hop cardio class that blends easy-to-follow dance movements with upbeat music for a workout that feels more like a party than an exercise. Choreography is designed to be simple and repetitive so participants of all fitness levels can jump in, follow along, and enjoy the rhythm without pressure. Modifications are always offered, making this class approachable whether you’re brand new to fitness or just want a joyful sweat session.

No dance experience is needed—the focus is on movement, fun, and building confidence while getting your heart rate up.

A glimpse into my journey… there’s so much more to the story, but this is the heart behind Flyte District and the vision I had for it.

I wanted to create more than just a fitness space. I wanted to build a community — a place where real friendships are formed, where people feel supported, motivated, and safe to just be themselves. A place where you can walk in carrying stress, anxiety, insecurity, or the weight of life… and leave feeling lighter.

I want Flyte District to be a place full of laughter, encouragement, healing, growth, and fun. A place that reminds people they are more than what they see in the mirror. A place where we celebrate progress, show up for each other, and keep moving forward together.

My biggest passion in life is helping people feel seen, empowered, and capable again.

Because every small step matters. Every time you show up matters.

And sometimes, simply showing up is what changes everything.
