Hey LPC members, have some good and bad news.

Bad news is that the gym will be closed Saturday April 25th.

Good news is that the weather forecast is looking very favorable for outdoor play Saturday April 25th. So bring your sunglasses and SPF 50 sunscreen and be ready to play!

Hi LPC Members,

This is a reminder that we will hold a membership meeting on April 19th at 4:00 PM in the BGC Gym, following our regular Sunday play. At the end of the meeting, we will reveal the t-shirt designs for you to vote on your favorite. Once we have a t-shirt selected for the club, we will provide purchasing information. (For those unable to attend the meeting, we will email the voting information.)

Additionally, please note that the BGC Gym will be unavailable from April 30th to May 3rd for the 50th BGC Auction. As the dates approach, we hope to host play outdoors, weather permitting.

For those of you interested, the Auction is a great event and BGC would love to see us in attendance. The Auction is May 2nd, starting with the auction and dinner at 6:00. The price per individual is $100.00.

We will have an all-member meeting December 14th at 4:00 in the gym at Boys and Girls Club to introduce new steering committee members and to discuss changes. We will also be available for those who want to purchase Yearly Membership and Yearly Unlimited Play.

THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE

Tuesday, November 25th 8:00am-10:30am: Session is Full.

Thursday, November 27th: No Session for Thanksgiving

Saturday, November 29th: 8:00am-10:30am (we go back to the early play schedule 7:30am - 9:15am for the first couple of weeks of December until children's basketball finishes)

Sunday, November 30th: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Dear LPC Members,

If you have ever thought about buying a Yearly Unlimited Playing Pass, NOW is the time.

Members who purchase their Yearly Playing Pass for 2026 in November 2025 or December 2025 will get over 13 months for the price of 12. When you purchase between now and January 31, 2026, your Yearly Play Pass will be from the date of purchase until January 31, 2027.

If you currently buy a punchcard or $5.00 drop-in pay and want to learn more about Yearly Play Pass, please talk to a Steering Committee Member. The Yearly Play Pass is a great deal if you play regularly; for example, if you play 2 times a week for 9 months, the Punchcard price is $216.00.

If you have a current Yearly Play Pass (purchased before November 2025), your regular renewal is still one year from the purchase date. Members will be able to buy Yearly Play Passes throughout the year; we want to encourage this great savings to more members.

The process for purchasing a Yearly Play Pass is to pay $150.00 for Pickleball directly to the front office of Boys and Girls Club. They will give you a receipt that indicates Pickleball. Please bring that receipt to your next play session for a Session Host/Steering Member to take a picture to update records.

Note: This is separate from the Yearly Membership fee (due in January), which is the only money that goes to LPC.
