Well it’s official, Sheepdog Krav Maga is now officially closed. It’s been great and I have made some great friends over the years but some recent life changes are making it impossible to stay open. I invite everyone to come train on June 11 at Nashville Krav Maga in Hermitage. Kids start at 5pm and 530pm. Adults start at 630pm and 730pm. Hope to see everyone there. I have posted a bunch of photos from over the years. Hope you enjoy them.

So we had one of those nights where only one student came to class. Of course, it was Logan. He never misses despite the rest of the Mid TN area preparing for snowmagedden!! We decided to have some fun and work on multiple ground kick options other than kicking while on your back. Maybe we can call this a “Ground Round Kick”? It takes some core strength to pull it off.

Mr “L” warming up for class. Love the spinning elbows and hammers! We don’t do headbutts on the heavy bag and he was warned. He never misses a class and gives 100% every session. Also knows all the answers to my “test” questions. 👊🔥. #

The adults just finished a 6 week FireArmed course that ends with assessing an injury, applying a tourniquet, packing junctional wounds and applying chest seals!!🔥💪👊. We ran through some stress drills in low light conditions to end the class. All did an excellent job! DM me if you would like to host a class!!
