Hey everyone, we have a team jumping in the water for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge on February 1st! Follow the link and donate or join our team! We had a lot of fun last year and donated over $500 dollars. Help us break that record this year!

12:00 PM - "Take the Plunge"!!!

Whats up everyone?! Hope you all are ready for summer. The renovations have been completed enough so that we could start classes at the new spot on 7th St! The address is 840 N 7th. We are moved in and classes started there today! See you at class!

Renovations have begun for our new 2500+ sq ft Combative Arts and Fitness Facility located @ 832 N 7th St in Lebanon. As you can see in this panoramic view pic taken by Kel, this is going to be an awesome place to do work and get skilled! Stay tuned for updates as they happen!

The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is rescheduled to next week the 9th, which means.........another week to get some donations in if can spare it! Get ahold of us if you have the ability to spare some funds. We need to turn in our group pledge on Friday the 8th.
