We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our athletic staff as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for our 7th/8th grade Girls and Boys Lebanon Warriors Lacrosse Programs for the upcoming 2027 season. This is a paid, seasonal position. Practices begin in mid-January, with the season running roughly through the end of May. All practices and games will be held and conducted during Monday through Friday, with no requirements for weekend scheduling. We are currently hiring one Head Coach (paid), and multiple Assistant Coaches (volunteer) for each the girls, and the boys team.
Coaches will lead practices, teach fundamental skills, game strategy, and guide student-athletes through game-day competition. More importantly, coaches are expected to serve as positive role models who promote sportsmanship, teamwork, dedication, and a love of the game. Head Coaches will oversee team planning, communication with parents and athletic staff, and direct the assistant coaches in their supporting roles. Assistant Coaches will support practice drills, work with players in small groups, and help manage the team during games.
Ideal candidates should have prior lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience to ensure continuity in meeting team needs and expectations. We welcome recent high school and college graduates who are eager to teach young athletes, and develop their coaching skills. Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young athletes are essential. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and meet any required coaching certifications (such as CPR/First Aid or concussion training), which can be completed after hire.
