Southwest Ohio Indoor Time Trial Series

Southwest Ohio Indoor Time Trial Series Southwest Ohio Indoor Time Trial Series The Southwest Ohio Indoor Time Trials are scheduled for Jan 9, 2026, Feb 8, 2026 and Mar 15, 2026.

This is a series of three indoor cycling events which are organized each year by Paul Rouse and Ohio Cycling Center. The races are hosted at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, OH and serve as a fundraiser for charities including YMCA, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Cancer Society, Heart Association, ALS, and others. The contestants hook up their own bicycles to a stationary training stand

and ride against the clock on a computer generated course that is displayed on a large screen. The computers adjust the resistance on each bike according to the rider's weight and the grade of the road. As the race progresses the computer shows each rider's progress toward the finish and their position relative to each other. The sensation of riding and competing is very real and the crowd really gets excited watching the action!! A typical race lasts about 15-20 minutes.
